I am a neutered male & I look like a American Staffordshire Terrier mix

The shelter staff think I am 1 year and 11 months old.

I'm Boomer! I'm 62lbs. I was surrendered by my owner as she wasn't ready to be a dog mom (she only had me for two months). She said that I am active, talkative, friendly and playful. I like being with people although I enjoy playing with other dogs too. I am crate trained & appear to have some housetraining. I didn't get alot of exercise in my previous home and was crated a lot so I would do best in a home where I had ample opportunity to exercise my body and my mind. I'm adored by the volunteers as they love taking me on field trips where I get to ride in the car, meet new people & enjoy time away from the shelter. While I am a bit of a goofy boy, I am intelligent and love to learn new commands (especially if you have treats).
