A Special Executive Meeting of the Independent Ethics Board will occur on June 20 at 3:00pm. The Executive Session is closed to the public and the media pursuant to Section 112.324(2), Florida Statutes, which will be held in the Tallahassee Room at City Hall. The purpose of the Executive Session, and the only agenda matter, is to consider pending complaints.

A certified court reporter will record the entire Executive Session. Upon conclusion of the litigation, the transcript will become part of the public record.

The individuals scheduled to attend the Executive Session are Vice-Chair Kristen Costa, Board Members Ernie Paine, Adam Komisar, Rica Calhoun and Patrick Kelly; Ethics Officer Dwight Floyd; Board Counsel John Reid, and Administrative Specialist Tasker Leverson-Green. The session will last approximately 45 minutes.
