Tallahassee International Airport has new machinery to make the security screening process even simpler. Below are some of the changes you will likely see upon your arrival.
Remove all loose items from pockets and place inside your Carry-On Bag.
Keep all electronics and liquids inside your Carry-On Bags. 3-1-1 liquid quantity rules still apply.
Make sure Carry-On Bags are completely zipped when put in a tray.
Carry-On Bags must fit into the trays in order to be screened.
Place light items and shoes at the bottom of the trays—heavier items on top.
At Tallahassee International Airport (TLH), our number one priority is the well-being of our passengers. That’s why we’ve implemented a range of new procedures to ensure a safe and comfortable travel experience for flyers.
TSA Cares is a toll-free helpline that provides travelers with disabilities, medical conditions and other special circumstances additional assistance during the security screening process. Additional information may be found at www.tsa.gov/travel/passenger-support
