Create a new account today or login to your existing account to begin receiving information directly from the City of Tallahassee. You can choose from getting emails or text messages about City news, City meeting agendas, local weather alerts and much more. If you provide a local address in your profile, the City of Tallahassee can also send you timely alerts about things that could affect you or your property.

How to End Service

  • Email - Click the "unsubscribe all" link at the bottom of any email you receive from the City of Tallahassee. It may take up to 10 business days to completely remove you from our subscription lists.
    Note: This will not remove any utility account specific messages, like SmartBill. Please unsubscribe from utility account specific emails or services by calling 850-891-4968.
  • Text Messages - Text STOP to 89361.
  • Voice Messages - When you receive a call from the City of Tallahassee, follow the prompts at the end of the message to unsubscribe.

 

* During emergency situations, the City of Tallahassee may send out critical updates to all contacts to help protect life and/or property.
