- Annual Financial Reports - The Comprehensive Annual Financial Report of the City of Tallahassee, Florida, represents the official report of the City's financial operations and condition to the citizens. City Commission, City management, rating agencies, and other interested persons.
- Annual Report to Bondholders - The Annual Report to Bondholders (ARBH) has been prepared by the City of Tallahassee to provide information concerning the City, its financial operations and its indebtedness. This information is made available to requesting, current security holders and potential purchasers of securities in the secondary market, dealers, security analysts, rating agencies, Nationally Recognized Municipal Securities Information Repositories (NRMSIRs), and other interested parties.
- Budget - The City of Tallahassee's fiscal years begins on October 1 and ends September 30. In the spring, the City begins an annual budget preparation process, which includes opportunities for citizen's participation through Public Hearings and community-wide informational meetings. The process concludes with the adoption of a final budget in September by the City Commission.
- Debt Management Policy - The purpose of this regulation is to establish policy guidelines for the issuance and management of the City’s debt and applies to all debt issued by the City of Tallahassee and its Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA).
