Education and Training:
- High school diploma or equivalent recognized certificate
- Four years of staff, administrative or professional experience in credit/collections, utility billing, account systems or customer service
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- 30 words per minute typing
Flexibility:
- Handle 100+ contacts per day
- Communicate effectively orally and in writing
- Exercise good, sound judgment in decision making
- Commit to six weeks of training
- Work flexible hours
