Sinking Fund Commission
To act as the trustees of the sinking fund of the City of Tallahassee. To manage and control the sinking funds created and accumulated for the retirement and payment of the principal and interest of all bonds issued by the City. To invest said sinking funds to the best advantage of the City and such that sufficient cash moneys shall be on hand to promptly meet all payments of interest or principal of any of the bonds of said City when the same may be due. Board of Pension Trustees, 175/185 Plans
The Board of Trustees shall have the sole and exclusive authority for the administration of and proper operation of the trust fund in accordance with the provisions of Florida Statutes, Chapter 175 (Firefighters' Supplemental Plan) and Florida Statutes, Chapter 185 (Police Officers' Supplemental Plan).
