Electronic Plan Review: Document Requirements and File Upload Standards
The following checklists give an overview of the required documentation associated with the selected permit type. The listed document links below contain submission requirements that should be uploaded during the application process, and ultimately submitted to Growth Management for review. At the end of the application process, you will be prompted to upload documentation into the Plan Review Portal. When uploading documentation, we ask that you follow the file naming conventions provided in the checklists below. This will ensure your documentation is properly indexed in our system.
Note: Not all document requirements listed within each permit type checklist are required for submission, as all projects can range in scope and detail. Documentation required for any one permit can vary depending on the project's specifics.
