The City has designated certain community facilities as Resilience Hubs, also known as 'Service Centers.' Resilience hubs augment traditional recreational or public facilities with enhanced social services year-round, environmentally sustainable designs, and emergency preparedness and disaster recovery resources to create more resilient neighborhoods.

Lincoln Center
The Lincoln Center's mission is to develop and implement programs, services and activities that will positively impact the quality of life of the community's residents. The Senior Center
The mission of Tallahassee Senior Services is to offer fitness programs, recreational activities, and life-long learning opportunities designed to reduce isolation and encourage active living, optimal aging for independent adults age 50+. Active adults gather to play pickleball, paint, strum the ukulele, dance, or plan an international vacation, just to name a few activities. Programs such as the Grandparents as Parents program is for grandparents who are the primary caregivers for their grandchildren and offers support groups, informational luncheons, access to community agencies, legal services and health screenings plus social activities for the whole grand-family. https://www.talgov.com/seniors/seniorservices.aspx

Smith-Williams Center
Smith-Williams Service Center is a neighborhood multi-purpose facility that provides access to human and social services in health, education, culture, and technology. The Smith-Williams Service Center offers youth, teens, adults and senior citizens programming, family services, meeting space, lease space and volunteer opportunities.
