Each neighborhood within City of Tallahassee boundaries has a Neighborhood Services Coordinator (NSC) assigned to it. It is the role of NSC’s to serve as a liaison between neighborhoods and the city; helping residents to effectively access and use City services and get issues or questions resolved more efficiently.
