Court Reservations
Hello Four Oaks, Winthrop and Tom Brown Patrons!
All the locations above accept online (CourtReserve) and phone reservations.
Payment for the court will continue to be collected through the monitor station.
If you plan to make a Four Oaks, Winthrop or Tom Brown reservation, you MUST have an account with Court Reserve regardless of if it is online or over the phone. We would be happy to make this account for you, if needed. Simply call 850-891-4940.
Directions for creating a reservation online:
- Go to CourtReserve.com
- If you already have an account, simply login. If not, you can create one by selecting the "Create Account" link
- Click Book Courts at the top of your screen
- Select time section to see availability
- Choose date by using the arrows (top left) or by clicking the date at the top-left portion of the page
- Choose by clicking the RESERVE button at that time slot
- Complete the reservation form
You will get an email confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
Court cancelations are the responsibility of the person who booked the reservation.
How to Cancel a Reservation:
- Click MY PROFILE at the top-right portion of your screen.
- Find date & time of upcoming reservation you wish to cancel. Click DETAILS button on the right.
- Click red CANCEL RESERVATION button in upper left.
- Click CANCEL RESERVATION.

Reservation Guidelines/Policies
- Court reservations can be made up to 6 days in advance
- One reservation per phone call (unless one of them is a same day reservation)
- No back-to-back reservations or multiple courts reserved under the same name during the same time
- Limit of two reservations per week, per location
