Superstar classes take place on the main gym floor (early afternoon) or in the preschool room (late afternoon/evening).
KinderPlus Girls (by recommendation)
KinderPlus classes meet once a week for 55 minutes, and focus on beginner gymnastics skills on bars, beam, and floor exercises. A coach may recommend moving to this level after a gymnast has already taken a Kindergarten Gymnastics class.
Beginner (6-9 years old)
The girl's recreation/developmental classes are divided into 2 levels: Beginner 1 (beginning) and Beginner 2 (intermediate). These levels are for those children who have never taken gymnastics or who have little experience in gymnastics. Classes emphasize rolling, handstands, cartwheels, backbends (floor), and the basic skills needed for a good foundation in gymnastics, which include skills on bars, beam, floor exercise, vault and trampoline.
Intermediate (6-9 years old)
This level is for those children who have already achieved a good basic foundation in gymnastics. Some of the skills emphasized are backbend kick over, back walk over, round off (floor), pullovers, back hip circles, mill circles (bars), cartwheels, turns and leaps (beam). They also learn skills on vault and trampoline.
Flyers Gymnastics (9 - 13 years old)
This program is designed for an older age group of participants interested in learning gymnastics. The Flyers A and B classes emphasize beginning and intermediate level skills listed above in the beginning and intermediate information.
Teen Girls (14-17 years old)
These levels are for those girls who have never taken gymnastics or who have little experience in gymnastics. Classes emphasize rolling, handstands, cartwheels, backbends (floor), and the basic skills needed for a good foundation in gymnastics, which include skills on bars, beam, floor exercise, vault and trampoline.
Cheer Tumble (9-15 years old)
The Cheer Tumble classes are ideal for those participants interested in working on jumps, cheer positions, and tumbling skills for cheerleaders. Participants must have a strong basic foundation in tumbling before taking advance tumble. The Advance Tumble class concentrates on back handsprings, round off back handsprings, and tucks. (The class does not include stunts, pyramids, dancing, etc.)

The four classes within the Flight program are: Flippers (Beginners), Kips (Intermediate), Aerials (Adv. Int.), Flyers C (Adv. Int.), and Twisters (Advanced).
