How do I schedule a pick up using Rideshare?

What are the hours of operation?
Scheduling and transportation are available 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., 7 days a week.

How much advanced notice is needed for Rideshare?
A driver can be at your destination within 30 minutes from the time you call.

How long do I have to wait if I change my pick up time (when running early or late)?
Schedule change wait times also within 30 minutes from the time you call.

How do I load money into my Rideshare account?

Can I pay my driver when they arrive to pick me up?
No. All rides must be prepaid using one of the methods listed above.

How much does a Rideshare cost?
Rideshares cost the same as Dial-A-Ride trips, which is $2.50 per trip. All Rideshare credit and debit card transactions have an additional 2.35% transaction fee. There are no transaction fees if you mail in a check.

Can I use Dial-A-Ride tokens to participate in Rideshare?
No, Dial-A-Ride tokens are not usable forms of payment for our Rideshare vendors.

What if I no longer want to participate in Rideshare?
You can request to be removed from the pilot program at any time by calling 850-891-5199.
