The 2021 Annual Employee Benefits Enrollment has ended.

  • All elections are final and will remain in effect from January 1, 2021  through December 31, 2021, unless you experience a change in status as defined by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) regulations.
  • New deductions will appear on the January 8, 2021 paycheck.*
    * For benefits that require insurance carrier approval, no new premiums will be deducted until such time the carrier approves coverage.
  • All forms are due back by December 31, 2020.
