Who May Participate: Any City of Tallahassee Residential Waste Management Services customers needing a special pick up of bulky items, yard waste or construction & demolition debris. (Residential yard waste special pick ups are for items such as trees that do not fit the guidelines for normal pick up of yard waste.)

Special Service Pick Up Rate:

• $75.10 per quarter hour
  Minimum charge $75.10 (this is a timed rate & does not include travel time)

Disposal Fees:

• Garbage (Class I) - $37.75 per ton
• Clean Yard Waste (Class II) - $31.00 per ton
• Bagged Yard Waste (Class II) - $43.00 per ton
• Mixed Bulk Waste (Class III) - $37.75 per ton
• Clean Bulk Waste (Class III) - $37.75 per ton
• Mixed Special Waste Collection (items prohibited from regular service): $100.00
• Tires - $160.00 per ton or prorated depending on weight
