The containers will be delivered to the address specified in the form you fill out within 5 business days after the receipt of this request. The $12.02 additional per month charge will be added to your regular monthly charges for waste management services when adding another container. The standard rate for residential service is $18.37 per month. Including charges for one additional container, your charges for waste management services will be $30.39.
