We recommend that all appliances that don't have a self-starting setting be lit each season of use by a qualified expert. We offer that service for you for a small fee (see above). Alternatively, you may contact a local gas installer to obtain a quote for this service.

For new natural gas customers, this pilot-lighting service is included in your new connection.

Please Note: To ensure safety we do not provide the natural gas pilot lighting service until a premises is occupied and a customer is present at the premise.
