I am a spayed female & I look like a American Staffordshire Terrier mix

The shelter staff think I am 10 years old.

I'm Nala! I'm about 45lbs. In case you hadn't noticed, I have no eyes (they were removed after I was diagnosed with glaucoma in my previous home). I arrived at the shelter after my dad was arrested during a traffic stop and I was brought to the shelter for my safety (he is still incarcerated). My dad has been my sole owner all my life but I lived with other dogs and I enjoy the company of both people & other respectful dogs. Because I am older and blind, I would do best in a home without young children. A cat-free home would be ideal as I am not fond of them. I am well mannered, housetrained, sweet and I love to cuddle. I also like walks (I get super excited once I know I have a leash on) and I enjoy playing with squeaky toys and chewing on chews. I've been spoiled in my previous life and now I'm looking for the same with my next family - are you the lucky ones?
