Land Use Forms & Applications

The forms and applications listed below are in Adobe Acrobat PDF format. Download the free Adobe Acrobat Reader, close your browser and run the installation program. Once Acrobat is installed, your browser should now be configured to view PDF files properly.

If you want to save the PDF document on your computer, right-click on the link and select "Save Link As..." or "Save Target As..." to bring up the Save As window. Choose the directory you want to save the file under and click "Save."

These PDFs may be filled out in Acrobat Reader using the application's "Fill & Sign" function (access via right tool bar). Once the form is completed, "Save" the document to your computer. Please submit the form as an attachment to an email to the Planning Department. Tallahassee-Leon County Planning Department staff will contact you to continue the process, arrange for online payment, and provide instructions for posting the property.
