AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TALLAHASSEE, FLORIDA DESIGNATING AND INCLUDING ADDITIONAL TERRITORY LOCATED ON 2.53 ACRES LOCATED AT 3333 THOMASVILLE ROAD NEAR I-10 APPROXIMATELY 375 FEET SOUTH OF THE INTERSECTION OF RAYMOND DIEHL ROAD AND THOMASVILLE ROAD AS AND IN CITY OF TALLAHASSEE COMMERCIAL PARKWAY CP FROM OFFICE RESIDENTIAL OR-3 ON THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF TALLAHASSEE ADOPTED AND ESTABLISHED BY THE CITY COMMISSION; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

A RESOLUTION ABANDONING THE ENTIRE UNNAMED RIGHT-OF-WAY KNOWN AS FRANKLIN COURT, LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE
OF S FRANKLIN BOULEVARD, JUST NORTH OF E JEFFERSON STREET IN THE CITY OF TALLAHASSEE, LEON COUNTY, FLORIDA.
The proposed ordinance and resolution will be considered, and the public may be heard at the following public meeting:
1. City Commission Meeting on August 23, 2023, 6:00 p.m.,
City Commission Chambers, 2nd FL, City Hall, Tallahassee, FL
