Property owner submits complete application and required documentation to COT Customer Operations.

Applicant Review and Approval

COT Customer Operations reviews application and sends approval letter to owner and plumber.

Plumber Obtains Plumbing Permits

COT Growth Management issues plumbing permit. Plumber obtains all of the applicable permits.

Plumber Completes Sewer Connection

Plumber performs sewer connection and septic tank abandonment. Growth Management conducts final inspection.

Customer Operations Pays Plumber

COT Customer Operations releases payment to plumber.

7

COT Starts Billing Sewer Charge

COT starts monthly sewer charge through utility bill.
