establishing new utility services online, you will have the option to split
your deposit over one, two or three installments. If you would like to have your deposit waived altogether, you will need to
email us a letter of credit from your previous utility service provider. Please include your new address and utility account number in your email. Call 850-891-4968 for more details.

A letter of credit from your previous utility service provider confirms that you had a consistent and favorable payment history of one or more consecutive years.
If you do not have the ability to waive the deposit or pay the deposit in installments, we can give you a referral to external agencies that can assist with the payment.
